Stephen Kinzer to Promote New Book with Nationwide Tour

About the Author

Stephen Kinzer, former New York Times correspondent and author of All the Shah's Men: An American Coup and the Roots of Middle East Terror and Overthrow: America's Century of Regime Change from Hawaii to Iraq is touring the nation this June promoting his new book RESET: Iran, Turkey, and America's Future, set to be released June 8th and available now for pre-order.

About the Book

RESET: Iran, Turkey and America's Future is a policy recommendation wrapped in a dramatic tale of history, tragedy and intrigue. The narrative spans over a century, spinning the tale of Turkey and Iran's past and present dalliances with democracy and liberal society. Kinzer argues that Iran and Turkey make natural allies for the U.S. because of the shared democratic values of its people, and that stronger relations would benefit not only U.S. interests but also those of the entire Middle East, including the U.S.'s current major allies in the region, Israel and Saudi Arabia.
